Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Once we’ve spoken about your needs, we’ll arrange a site visit to assess the work and give you an accurate breakdown of cost, time, and what’s involved and any contingencies, so you know exactly what to expect.

3. Are you fully insured and qualified? 

Yes. Vesey Projects is fully insured with public liability and employers’ liability coverage. Our tradespeople hold the necessary qualifications and health & safety training. We are also in the process of becoming CITB and CHAS registered to further demonstrate our commitment to quality and safety.

4. What areas do you cover? 

We’re based in Sutton Coldfield and serve Birmingham and the wider West Midlands, including, Four Oaks, Mere Green, Erdington, Solihull, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we work in your area, just drop us a message.

5. Do you handle planning permission and building regs? 

Yes, where required. For larger projects like extensions or garage conversions, we can work with your architect or recommend one. We can also liaise with building control on your behalf and make sure all work complies with current UK regulations.

6. How long will my project take to complete?

Each project is different. Once we understand the full scope of the work, we’ll give you a realistic timeline. We’ll also provide a clear program of works, so you’ll always know what’s happening and when. We don’t overbook, so once you're in the diary, your project is our priority.

7. Do you take on smaller jobs or just full renovations?

We do both. Whether it’s a door replacement, kitchen install, or a full refurb, we’re happy to help. No job too small if it’s worth doing right.
